It becomes a bit of a joke when the normal question of 'what's for dinner tonight?' answer is always ' Salmon' so it is important to change it up a bit, keep it interesting. Nobody likes to eat boring meals, and just because you are a super healthy warrior, does not mean you have to be munching on a dry piece of chicken and broccoli. This dinner was simply made in a wok, and chucked in a load of veg.
Ingredients Courgette Peppers Bean sprouts Tomato Salmon fillet Lemon slice Basil
Cook the salmon first with basil and lemon, then serve with stir fried veg. I actually enjoy mixing the fillet into the vegetables and eating out of a bowl, oriental style!
