On Saturdays I am often running errands in the morning before my afternoon of Ballet. I had to come up with something that would keep me full and keep my energy up throughout my classes. I played around with different ingredients and come up with this beauty. Its tasty and FULL of nutrients.
Ingredients: 1 teaspoom Maca Powder Handful of Spinach 1 scroop of Protein powder 1 cup almond milk 1 teaspoon of Cacao powder
Maca powder is known to help with acne, increase energy, improve move(mood swings/depression), relieve PMS symptoms, increase endurance and is loaded with vitamins B,C and E.
