Let's take it back to the basic method, all you need is 1/2 cup of oats and 3/4 of unsweetened almond milk, bosh it in a jar or tub and whack it in the fridge to soak overnight. In the morning you can just pop it in the microwave, now how simple is that?
Ok so that sounds like a pretty boring breakfast so far... Until you add the little extras. My favourite at the moment is half a chopped banana, a teaspoon of Cocoa powder, a teaspoon of Maca powder(I will explain about in another post) and a tablespoon of Chia seeds and then for toppings adding the rest of the banana and/or other fruits with a dollop of all natural peanut butter, YUM.
