Peanutbutter and Banana Protein Shake

Ahhh protein protein protein, a question on most girls lips are 'will it make me bulky?' and the simple answer is NO :)

Protein powders are great for repairing your muscles after an intense workout, helping you recover from muscle ache and build a strong, lean body.

This is one of my favourite PM snacks after I have been to the gym. It's a great combo mixing protein with natural fats.

Ingredients 1 fresh banana Banana Impact Whey Isolate from 150-250ml of water 1 scoop of natural peanut butter

Throw it all into a blender and serve with a little ice and enjoy!
