I get told a lot that people are running out of quick, simple and healthy recipes to cook, therefore end up getting bored. My aim is to give you the easiest and tastiest recipes I can, that will help you achieve your goal. It is great to expand your horizons and cook a crazy creative meal, however in reality, we simply don't have enough time to achieve this every day. Garlic Chicken and mixed Veggies is one of my favourites, I absolutely love the taste of garlic (and weirdly like the smell it leaves in my mouth - sorry) This is a great post workout meal as it includes lean protein and a ton of veg to load of on vitamins.
Ingredients 1 chicken breast, sliced in half Coconut oil Asparagus brocoli stems Bell peppers, sliced Mushrooms Garlic granules
1) Sprinkle the raw chicken with garlic granules. 2) Fry chicken in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. 3) Steam broccoli stems and asparagus 4) Once chicken is starting to cook, toss in the mushrooms, followed by the bell peppers. 5) Once all ingredients cooked as desired, plate and serve :)
