Chia Pudding Breakfast Oats

Delicious soaked oats and chia seeds are a perfect warning breakfast. The mornings are getting darker and there is nothing nicer than a bowl of warm oati-ness to start the day.


You have seen me talk a lot about Chia seeds and may be thinking what are these seeds?!

Ingredients 1/4 cup of organic jumbo oats 3/4 unsweetened almond milk (I like Rude Health) 2 teaspoons of chia seeds Cinnamon to taste

Directions In a mason jar (or any container) combine the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon with the almond milk and stir. Leave this overnight in the fridge for the oats and chia seeds to absorb the milk. When ready to eat, pour contents into a saucepan and cook on the hob, stirring continuously.
