About Nutripaige

Hello and Welcome to my website, I am so glad you found me.

I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Paige, I am a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Consultant and Lifestyle Coach. 
Since as far back as I can remember, I had always had an issue with my appearance. I never truly felt comfortable in my own skin, nor had I felt at peace with myself. I do think a lot of my new found self awareness and confidence has come from growing up, however I have worked hard on myself and I am really proud of how far I have come. When I began to really look after my health and wellness, is when everything started to fall into place. I started to educate myself on how to fuel my body correctly with lots of yummy and healthy foods and began to get active. I fell in love with the way this made me feel, I found mental clarity and felt more vibrant as well as looking a lot healthier and radiating confidence. It wasn't until friends and family started to notice a change in me did I really realise any major differences. I was finally happy to go on holiday and put on a bikini without feeling a huge sense of dread. I will always remember this holiday because it was the first holiday I truly enjoyed myself and it was all down to feeling good and genuine happiness. A journey to feeling completely content is never just plain sailing. You will have ups and downs and my main piece of advise to everybody is to 'enjoy the journey' yes set goals but not let the end result be your only focus. This is where NutriPaige was born!

Whilst working as a Personal Assistant in an Insurance Company I decided to pursue my passion further as a career. I loved the idea of being able to help women on their journey to health, I had learnt so much through personal experiences but I wanted to know more. The amazing thing about finding something you are truly passionate about, is that you just want to keeping learning and perfecting your craft. I want to know as much as i can in order to help myself and others. Whilst working full time as a PA, I took a part-time PT course with Premiere International and upon qualifying, I began to work both jobs simultaneously until I was ready to be NutriPaige full time. It took a lot of hard work and perseverance but was truly worth it. I have never been happier in myself, my career, my personal life and relationships and I truly believe that this is down to the hard work I have put in, and the rewards it reaps. 

I aim to connect with like minded people and others who need assistance on their journey, we all start somewhere.Through my website and social media platform, I try to convey as certain 'real-ness' that i hope you find relatable. I hope to inspire others to live a healthy and happy lifestyle with absolutely no limitations. I am your average girl who loves going out with my friends, drinking prosecco and eating pizza. Oh and I am obsessed with Chocolate, so I am totally on your wave length here.

Q&A with Paige

Do you have a hobby?: I love Ballet, I have been dancing since I was 6 years old.

What is your favourite food?: Pizza, Chips + Chocolate

What is your go-to breakfast?: I go through stages of either NutriPaige Protein Pancakes or Banana Boat Oats.

How many times a week do you workout?: 3-4 times a week.

What is your favourite workout?: Even though it is hard, i love training legs/plyometrics because you really feel like you've had a good workout by getting my heartrate up.

What is your least favourite workout?: I am not a runner... i've tried many times and it's just not for me. I love going for walks though...

What keeps you motivated?: I just know that this is the best way of life, finding balance in a healthy lifestyle is everything. My clients motivate me how the dedicate themselves to training and how much they push themselves to their limits. I remember this when I am trying to make me work to my full potential.

What made you start blogging?: It was a platform I could use to share my knowledge and inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle, it was place where I could reach women/girls all over the world if possible. I love what this lifestyle has done for me and hope to be able to help in anyway that I can.
